The Morris Theatre Cooperative solicits applications for a manager of operations.

This is an opportunity to participate in the revitalization of a historic community asset. The position is part-time with a base salary and potential for additional incentive pay. The manager is responsible for the daily functioning of the theatre including management of personnel, inventory, cash flow, community relations and marketing. Key aspects of the position include development and integration of volunteers and employees representing a broad spectrum of community members; and documentation, communication and stewardship of the performance of the business. The position reports to a Board of Directors and requires a commitment to cooperative principles, exceptional communication skills, marketing savvy, and budgeting know how. Desirable technical skills include some familiarity with Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress (or other html experience) and Quickbooks.
